My review:

Fraudster by RV Raman is a Crime fictional novel that revolves around a corporate set up in India and a fraud looming dark over it.

Corporate houses, especially in India have been eclipsed by different types of frauds more often than documented. With political involvement both directly or indirectly, they are suppressed in media and the worst part is that all are parties in sharing the bad earned money. Taking it a step further, things become complicated with real estate transactions for money laundering. The innocent common man who is unaware of the double faced game players standing in front of them gives in to them only to regret later on. Sometimes, this game reaches the heights if stakes become too high with the involvement of people’s lives; some get sacked from their jobs while some are forced to do away with their precious lives without leading a purposeful life!

The story of the novel is based upon this platform only. My review will be on a different format one more time, because, it has been drafted in a flawless manner keeping the secret intact till the last pages, so I will bow down and let the readers dig out the actual by themselves only. The previous paragraph provides a bird eye’s view of what is it about and the rest will be about the author only!

Sir, RV Raman is an experienced working professional who hones the necessary knack and skill about the filthy corporate environment. Yes, you read it right, the environment has become filthy and dedicated people are praying price for it. The story starts as one such scandal is unveiled and the story develops as the hidden agendas and motives unveil with every new development. The author has an absorbing writing style unlike any other writer in same genre and ethnicity. He has simplified and served what happens behind the closed board rooms, packaged in his story.

The mystery is tight and you feel like your own brain cells coming into action and contemplating who the game planner is! Though, crime is visible but the criminal is hidden. Nowhere, you will feel that any fact or finding or development has been kept on hold to be shared later on. It is as authentic and as realistic, as it could be! The characters are inspired from real life and are close to reality. The emotions and reactions are caught and documented well. In the event, he surfaces the loopholes of the age-old systems and hence a dire need to re-polish the retiring systems and procedures.

In general, in addition to being an entertaining read, it will be an insight into the corporate world, into financial systems, into real estate sector and associated frauds, into the NGO functioning, into human relations back stabbing and revenge, and a mesh of all these facets alike.

Indeed, this is a recommended read for anyone who prefers to use brain instead of heart while reading the stuff!

The reality of realty unleashed!
